As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment.

Once an order has been submitted, you will be provided with order status and shipping information and receive the tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

There may be cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any given time. Additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, may be required before order acceptance.
To prevent fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to validate payment details before processing any order. This verification may include identity, residence, or banking information checks. If there is a risk of fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel the order immediately.
We strive to provide accurate pricing information on our site. However, in cases where an item is mispriced, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order. If such an error occurs, we may either contact the customer for further instructions or cancel the order and notify them. We have the right to cancel any such orders, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or the credit card has been charged.

Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If an order is lost or arrives damaged, customers must contact us at contact@sneppybuy.com within seven days of delivery. We will investigate the issue and provide either a replacement or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. To request a cancellation, they must email contact@sneppybuy.com. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
