Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.

  • You received the wrong item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable, except in the case of defects.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, contact us at contact@sneppybuy.com.

For other exchanges, return the item first. Once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags attached. A proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Buyer’s Remorse Policy

If you ordered the wrong item or no longer need the product, you may return it. Return shipping will be free, but the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
